Order Shipment
Once your order is shipped and received, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds unless the issue is directly related to a violation of our shipping policy. If you experience any issues, please contact us at arleclothing@gmail.com.
Shipping Methods
Arle offers flexible shipping options depending on the size of your order and its destination:

USA Flag Items: Items marked with a USA flag can be dispatched either from America or China.
- Smaller orders: Usually fulfilled from America, using air freight for faster delivery.
- Larger orders: Typically shipped from China. You can choose between air freight (faster, more expensive) or sea freight (slower, cheaper).
Each shipment comes with a tracking number to allow you to monitor its progress.
International Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the method chosen:
- Special Line: Average 10 days, 95% delivered within 15 days.
- International Shipping: Average 5 days, 95% delivered within 7 days.
- Standard Shipping: Average 25 days, 95% delivered within 30 days.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not include product customization or production time. Local holidays, unavoidable events, or incorrect information provided by customers may also affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Logistics costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Our system will automatically determine the shipping fee during checkout, giving you several options based on speed, size, and fulfillment location.
Incorrect Information

Wrong Phone Number: If you provide an incorrect phone number, your package may fail to be delivered. Please contact us at arleclothing@gmail.com immediately if your order has not yet been shipped, so we can update your details. Arle Studios is not responsible for reshipping costs or refunds if incorrect information is provided.

International Orders: We will confirm your phone number via email before shipping. If we do not receive confirmation, your order will be held in our warehouse for up to 90 days. After this period, we will dispose of the products and have no further responsibility.
What if My Package Is Delayed?
If you have not received your package within 20 days, please check the following common reasons for non-delivery:
- Missed calls from the courier.
- Incorrect contact number provided at purchase.
- Incorrect shipping address provided at purchase.

Unforeseen Delays
